I love this chain. I came for the first time to Perth amboy and this location is very attractive. Great set up for karaoke and live music. New ipad menus... which i think is a bit much. Food delicious as always but there's just one little complaint, For a non latino requesting a mar y tierra mofongo we should be told it contains PORK. I think this would only help with clarity from those wanting non pork items. Otherwise they never lack.

Noches de Colombia is a Colombian spot with generous portions, tasty food, and well-crafted drinks. The cocktails are very good with many choices, and the vibe is energetic and cool—perfect for a fun night out or birthday. On the flip side, it can get noisy when full, and prices lean toward the higher end. But if you’re after big servings, good cocktails, and a festive atmosphere, it’s a strong pick.

AMAZING food! I love this chain, I’ve been to multiple locations and found this one particularly interesting to me. The arroz con pollo is my go too and it is made perfectly to my taste every time I order. The wait time is very reasonable and with the performers I’m enamored in sound. The atmosphere was amazing, people enjoying great food and great music brings a smile to my face. Please bring your family & friends when you get the opportunity!!

The location is great, but parking can be tight because it is shared with a supermarket. They had live music on Saturday night and plenty of options for drinks and food. Food portions are decent, so come hungry.

Noches de Colombia is always a great experience. The food is full of flavor and tastes authentic every time. The portions are generous, the meats are cooked perfectly, and everything comes out fresh and hot. The service is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is welcoming and lively. Whether you’re stopping in for a casual meal or a family dinner, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Tasty Colombian food. Cazuela de mariscos was pretty good, really close to the one you can enjoy in Colombia. Atmosphere is pretty cool. Be aware they include the tip on the bill with no notice

Great food, friendly staff, and a Cozy atmosphere. Everything we ordenes was Fresh and flavorful. Definitely coming back. The owner Alan is incredibly Kind and welcoming .

The food is always delicious (especially the Pechuga a la Colombiana), and the service never disappoints. Jasmine, our server today, was incredibly kind and attentive, making our whole dinner experience even better. Everything from the atmosphere to the quality of the food keeps me coming back.. definitely one of my favorite spots!
